In your introductory call with Rooted, we will discuss the challenges and objectives for your organization.

The Rooted team will develop a unique success plan that meets your needs and budget.

Many success plans will incorporate tools and assessments to be completed before the first session.

Once the getting started assessments are complete, we will conduct the sessions included in your success plan. These may include in-person training sessions, virtual check in meetings, and workshops.

The Rooted team is committed to your success. We will check in with you on your progress toward your success plan goals and help adjust the plan if needed.

Each client is different. Change happens over time especially when developing new skills. We ask that people commit to at least six months to have time to learn and implement skills.
